SWM 2018 in Les Diablerets

The 2018 Swiss Workshop on Materials with Novel Electronic Properties (SWM 2018) is the 12^th edition of a series of Swiss Workshops organized by MaNEP. As a tradition, the meeting was held in Les Diablerets, VD from August 29 to 31, 2018.

The Group of Applied Superconductivity contributed to the scientific program with two presentations. Marco Bonura gave a talk entitled “Properties and microstructure of Nb₃Sn superconductors with internally oxidized ZrO₂ nanoparticles” and Davide Matera presented a poster on “A Design of Experiment to tune B_c2 up to record-high values in C-doped MgB₂ by a Rapid Synthesis Process”.
