CERN hosted the 5th technology workshop of the Physics Beyond Collider Study Group on September 25 and 26, 2024. The event focused on current and future applications of superconducting technologies in physics experiments.
Prof. Carmine Senatore was invited to deliver a talk titled “Progress in REBCO Conductor Technologies for Ultra-High Field Applications”. In his presentation, he highlighted the latest advancements in High Temperature Superconductors and provided an overview of the research conducted at UNIGE on the newest conductors developed by the industry.
